Ford Mondeo 18 " wheels

Car: Ford Mondeo
Variant: 2.0 tdci zetec s
Model Year: 2002
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Hi All,
I have had the ghia 9 spoke alloy wheels fitted 2 years ago and was running great with no wandering across the road what so ever. I got the chance to swap for the zetec s 18" wheels, as soon as i fitted them the car pulls to the near side quite agressively all the time, i have checked and adjusted the pressures +/- with no improvement, tracking and balanced carried out, no play on the suspension etc,had a grumbling wheel bearing and renewed to eradicate that but the problem is still there.....i have the non body kit version (5 speed) where the other model has a 6 speed box - surely this would make no difference...cant think of anything else?
Can someone please helllppppp
thanks

2 poss things if you run car on jack check wheel and tyre is true also swop side to side to see if pulls the other way(tyre rotation wont matter for a short time)check offset of wheels is the same(both wheels identical)

Take "mr suzuki " advice .If still not right you need to get a full steering geometry test carried out checking alignment/camber/ castor .Check this re . wheels

and this re. specifications

If still not right , through wheels in skip !!!!!
Best of luck.

Hi whittingehame and mr suzuki,
Forgot to mention...rotated all wheels ie front to back and side to side but still pulls to near side, not tried the full geo test though.
Looks like they are skip bound!
thanks for your advice
