Ford Mondeo knocking sound from front end

Car: Ford Mondeo
Variant: 2.0L 16v Zetec
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
This car hasn't really missed a beat since I bought it 2 months ago, its comfortable, runs like a dream and has plenty of power when needed.. The only slight problem is that when I turn onto an incline on a bit of an angle there is usually a single knock from the front suspension on the leading side of the car. Is this the anti roll bar bushes and how easy is it to fix yourself?? thanks. Bryan :@)

could be either the drop links that need replacing or even the wishbones which are both common on the mondeos easy fix by the novice mechanic but only do if you are confident in doing this other wise have the garage do the work
