Ford Mondeo mondeo with no power over 4000rpm (choking)

Car: Ford Mondeo
Variant: 2.0 petrol etec
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
When my mondeo warms up(2 mins of driving) if you floor it the revs will not go above 3500-4000 rpm if you then try to rev it it just goes bluughh(technical term) and wont pick up it will then seem as if it is choking every time you try to pick up revs (like a blocked cat)
I Have changed cat,coil,plugs,ECT sensor,Inlet manifold(butterflys were not pivoting properly)still same
Fuel pressure ok 65bar
And drops as you rev it
5Hrs of trailing through internet and i have found a few people that have had this problem. No solutions yet!!
