dipped beam head lights not working I have changed the fuse changed the bulbs and checked relay is clicking and still not working what could it be any help apriceated

According to this there are two fuses , f 88 + f 95 .

yes correct I have changed both of them plus new bulbs .and also checked that the relay switch is clicking indicating it is working is there anything else I can do or is it a electrical fault somewhere .thanks

also the high beam side lights etc all work ok
