Ford Mondeo changed cps but missfiring

changed the cps got it started but starts miss firing at 3000 revs in neutral, glow plug light stopped flashing up to now and drives fine

sounds like the dual mass fly wheel is playing up or the injetor correction values need doing

try checking the intercooler hoses. they hasve been known to split and cause some running issues noise and some black smoke out the exhaust. worth a look before condeming anything else!!
