My sppedo just working Dash does a swep test when first turn the car on. fuel gage is all over the place everything else working change dash and speed sensor ?

Going into sweep test can be caused if battery is low on charge when turning over.

The battery is new and the speedo still not working can the speedo be turn off by the in the dash test when you hold the button in when you first turn the engine on ??? In the test mode on the dtc it coming up low voltage was csn cause this or wot fixes this please
