Ford Mondeo engine will not start

After staling the car the engine has not run since it is trying to fire but cuts out after a few seconds i have fitted a new cam sensor also checked the cat etc hope you can help Mike Bradford

you need to see what is happening ,is it getting a spark ,fuel ,compression.back to basic,s,if it has all of these it will go.
