Ford Mondeo excesive black smoke, have cleaned the egr valve and renewed the intercooler pipe as it had split but still getting black smoke plus when i renewed the intercooler pipe i found like oil in the old intercooler pipe.

you have replaced pipe from egr valve to intercooler which is the common one and after a long drive and a good blast you should see your smoke start to go less and less, oil in pipes is normal on most cars specially mondeo duratorque

i have 2005 modeo when i start car there is a light its goes red first then orange sometimes stays on the goes off its light is like a now wheel anyone no wht it might be
