Ford Mondeo knocking when on full lock!

Car: Ford Mondeo
Variant: Zetec 1.8
Model Year: 2004
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
Keep getting a knocking noise & creaking noise when reversing out in the mornings when I put it on full lock to the right, the knocking/creaking noise comes from right side,it only happens at slow speed & it's not really loud but annoying.
Seems ok when driving & have to turn right putting full lock on,so I'm guessing it's something like track rod ends, ball joints, possibly but I'm guessing!
Power steering seems ok but did notice when dry steering that it creaks a little.
Any advice would be very gratefully received.

Thanks in advance,
Alan.

Could be outer cv joint making a noise normally make a click clacking noise though, check all front bushs and joints inc springs, could be a number of things
