Ford Maverick a whistle at 2-3000 revs

i have recently had a rear part of the exhaust fitted, since then when u drive and the revs reach 2-3000, a high pitch whistle occurs. the exhaust has been taken apart and resealed but still it occurs
any ideas ?

Sounds like internal fault on part that was replaced .
