Ford Kuga kuga clutch sticking

When driving around the city, up and down thru the gears, the clutch pedal decides to stay down, inoperable.
Limping home in 5th, I hand lift the pedal - and it stays up, and works normally.
This has now happened twice in 4 weeks.
Car is in Danmark, the zip is to get thru.

Could check clutch fluid level , top up if needed and bleed system if needed
