Ford Kuga something bottoming out when going over bumps in the road.

Car: Ford Kuga
Variant: 2ltr AWD Titainium
Model Year: 2017
Categories: Leaks & NoisesSteering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
The caravan I tow is 76% of the kugas weight, the nose weight is 65kg so all well within limits. When I first towed all was fine, recently when using a bumpy road something bottoms out. I’ve fitted reinforced MAD springs which have made no difference, I’ve been underneath pushing, prodding and knocking and all seems fine. Any ideas please.
