On each occasion the tyres have been found to have flat spots. When driving it sounds like wheel bearings. Initially i had the hub changed on the Kuga and no difference. Changed the tyre and problem gone for a few thousand miles.

Common and known fault for years now . Usually caused by wear on suspension components which throws geometry out . Need to find and replace worn parts and then carry out a full geometry check / adjustment . Replacing tyres is only a very short fix and not a real solution .
