Ford KA ford ka only blowing cold air. valve and regulator changed stil cold!!

Car: Ford KA
Model Year: 2003
Categories: Leaks & Noises
Im only getting cold air blowing out in my car and seeing as we are going through an ice age at the minute its a bit chilly!

I have changed the valve and the regulator as ive been told these are common faults. But still no joy.

I dont think its air locked as im getting water out of the pipes that feed the valve and they get hot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Emma :)

If the heater control valve is operating o.k , i.e both hoses into and out of heater matrix getting hot , then it must be the flap inside heater box that's is inoperative .
