my car was drivin fine then after a load of speed bump i parked up, when i put my foot on the clutch flat down its like a ginding noise nd i feel lyk a light crunching on the pedal, this only happens when pulling of in 1st then changing into second or doing reverse, as soon as i change gear it stops??

sounds like release bearing is noisey/worn if only happens when clutch pedal pressed.could also be that the clutch itself is worn and needs replacing.check your clutch is not slipping
