Ford KA car loosing control in second gear when turning corner or going right round a roundabout

When I go round a corner in second gear above 5mph the car will literally loose control!

Shouldn't be on the road if that bad . Needs checked out ASAP .

It isn’t a consistent thing, the car drives fine, just this occasional issue. I’ve had the car since December and only recently it started too happen which is why I’ve asked what the potential problem could be.

You could start off with checking the steering and suspension for wear . Any excessive movement at wheels and engine transmission mountings . Check the condition of tyres and wheel alignment . Check steering column intermediate shaft joint

Sounds like a suspension issue, have experienced something similar in a Renault Clio where it would tend to lose control on right turns. Replaced the front shocks and it was fine.
