Ford KA my ka has a flat spot and sometimes seems to struggle up hills and i have to change down to 2nd gear

Cambelt has just been changed by dealer I bought it from,car seems to have a flat spot when pulling away and lack power unless you change down early for hills or rev it up high early to build it up its only done 30,000 MLS and has good service history
