Ford KA central locking

when i lock car from either side the doors lock then unlock straight away, i have tried disconnecting each door in turn via the plug and the doors lock independantley okay (i can hear the motor working fine) i have changed the relay with no result all as before i have now had to remove the fuse. please help

there is a tiny spring that breaks on the actual locking mechanism that will cause this .take off the door panels and look in the bottom of the doors to see if the springs have fell off if so you will have to remove the lock to fit another spring
