what you have here is very common on all cars you have a seized caliper that will require freeing up or just replace the caliper to free it up you need to remove the pads and work the caliper piston in and out while using wd40 at the same time as it acts as a anti seizing lubricant

hi i would suspect the pads stuck inthe slider, caliper seized or a poor returning flexi hose

trust me matthew remove the front wheel and remove caliper and work the caliper in and out so you will need a second person to work the peddle but press the peddle slowly as the piston will pop out so you just need to work it a little at a time to free it up and press the piston back in to the caliper then rebuild the caliper and put the pads back in and put back on the car and replace the wheel job done
