Ford KA heater not blowing

My heater was working fine but it just stopped blowing my husband checked the fuses but could not find anything wrong with them he thinks maybe a different fuse but he does not know where it it, we did not get a manual with the car. can anyone advise.

Checked fuse no.12 ?

If fuse o.k , check the heater resistor wiring / plug at the heater box in n/s footwell.
