Ford KA rumbling noise

Car: Ford KA
Model Year: 2004
Categories: Leaks & Noises
My KA makes rumblimg noise when I press accelerator. Sounds like when you go over rumble-strip on motorway. Car drives ok - just makes this worrying noise. Seems to come from under car somewhere? Recently had drive shaft fixed, also new rear coil springs. Not cured the noise.

Is the noise when car stationary or when you are moving ?

Re: Ford Ka noise. Its when car is moving, every time I press accelerator. Stops when I take foot off.

If they fitted the driveshaft and springs to cure the noise and it's still there , take it back to them . You could check engine mountings , exhaust rattle , exhaust heat shield rattle ,exhaust hitting body .Also check wheel bearings and check for any excessive play at wheels .Another common fault are lower wishbone arms / bushes .
