Ford Galaxy over heating

I have a ford galaxy 1.9tdi 2001 model,my temperture gauge is going over the usual mark,i can drive for 20 to 30 mintues and everything fine,but then after that it starts to go over.My heaters are working and the fans,but when I ease of the accelerator like going down hills the temperture gauge will start to go back down,can someone please help me.

Could try flushing radiator and cooling system . Maybe partialy blocked rad .Many other posssible causes .
