Hello Im not sure how much coolant to put in my ford galaxy 1.9 tdi 2001,Ive bought a 2 litre bottle coolant could some 1 plz help on how much coolant I put in.

Depends on cooling system capacity which you should get details of in owners handbook .You can either mix it to 30% or 50% . Would guess 3litres would be the least , but phone the likes of Halfords and ask them to check chart for the correct amount for your car .

Do you have one heater system or two? total cooling system for one heater is approx 8.3 litres for the two heater system it`s approx 10.1 litres.The ratio is exactly 50% antifreeze 50% water,dont forget to run the engine with the cap off for a while to force any air out of the system.Good luck.

All diesel models approx 9.2 litres 50% antifreeze 50% water.
