Ford Galaxy indicators,hazards,wipers,internal lights and controls, air con all not working

Its not the fuses,box or relays garage rekons its the body control module, does this ring true or am i getting led up the proverbial?

This is from Galaxy forum .

" The BCM is basically the main electronics controller for the car (excluding engine) - everything passes into it really, the indicators, hazzards, windows, radio, interior lights, wipers - basically all the electrical systems. Its essentially the heart of the electrical system - faults in the controller itself are extreamly rare with a wiring fault being more likely.

And

"As diagnosed on the initial scan, the fault was a broken wire in the loom between the BCM and the radio and heater control unit. Apparently there is a common live feed.

Might be worth checking , hope it helps .
