Have you just bought the car ?

Are daytime running lights compulsory in UK?
Under EU rules, since 2011 all new cars are required to have daytime running lights that come on automatically when the engine is started, and which turn off automatically when headlights or sidelights are lit (these still need to be used as outlined above).25 Nov 2020

DRL are on all the time when engine running and your car should have them .If you have tested the bulbs , check for power at bulbs
