Ford Galaxy water leak

Ok, drivers side footwell gets SOAKED when raining. The water is coming in from the part of the chasis which is next to the fuse box, about a 20cm square patch. Its dry above, its dry to the side (forward facing). I have removed the plastic under the steering column, i have dropped the fuse box as much as possible. Without removing the wing and the complete dash and the sound proofing in the area, i havent got a scooby!! Please please help me.

Hi, might not be much help but it might be worth checking all the grommets/seals in the bulk head where wires,pipes and stearing colum go thru into the front upper footwell area.
Also check which side the pollen filter is (usually the passenger side) but if this gets blocked it causes water to enter the footwell.

hi wait til its dark and them have a light inside the engine bay shining towards the bulk head.

also the light will shine through any holes.
