Ford Galaxy poor starting

Same problem as last year - never resolved. When my car has been left overnight at work/when out, as soon as the temp drops a bit or if damp. The car starts but cuts out straight away - have to turn the car over and over for about 30secs to get it to start aagin. So far has cost about £200 but still same - ford diagnostics has failed,no faults logged but they change a sensor just in case. Not glow plugs - already changed. Fuel filter replaced as it also does it when left nose up. Its fine by the house - starts first time. Any idea's

run the 2 pipes from the pump into a 5l container full of fuel, if its the same its prob ya pump, if its ok try changing the wee black valve on top of the filter, you can try removing the wee pipe from ya injectors that goes to the connection above the injector pipes. youll need to blank off the nipple where the wee pipe goes so it will start ok
