Ford Galaxy engine stop when driving

My car is ford galaxy 2001 auto.Drive smoothly until one day engine stop when I'm driving .I have to wait for couple minute then I can start and can drive again.Now this car still stop when I 'm driving every day.Especially when the weather is cool.I decided go to the garage to change engine oil and filter after that the engine work very well about 10 days then it's stop when driving again.I don;t know what happening with my car.Please help

If the engine is cutting out and stalling , it's most likely the idle control valve .Could also get the plugs checked if not been done for a while .
