Ford Fusion scraping noise from front passenger side

When turning sharp right when slowing down, there is a scraping, rubbing noise coming from the front passenger side. It does not happen when turning normally or at faster speeds and not at all when running normal.

Take a look under the wheel arch to make sure nothing is hanging loose and rubbing on the tyre...
