Car: Ford Focus

Model Year: 2003

hi i have a 2003 1.8 petrol 70k ford focus that will not accelerate hard. The car idles and drives normal if u keep the revs below 3k in each gear.
The engine will not rev pas 4k where there is a distinct lack of power and if u go full throttle u feel the engine losing power and a slight juddering,

no engine light or fault codes.
I've checked injectors rail, fuel reg, cam sensor, crank sensor and cleaned the maf

any ideas?
