Ford Focus loss of power, electrics going haywire, acceleration slipping

Car: Ford Focus
Model Year: 2001
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
i bought a ford focus 2 months ago and was fine. one day the car engin management light went on. so changed the spark plugs and all was good.

a few weeks later, when i accelerated the car stuttered and wasnt smooth n feels like iv lost power, however sometimes its fine. sometimes the radio crackles when acclerating. sometimes the speedo jumps up randomly. also the car door light is permantly on now and the back window wipers do not work. is this an elertical problem or a belt slipping.any advice would be much appreciated.

thanks

You dont mention engine type / size etc ? Depending on engine loss of power could be anything from plugs . leads , coil pack.Speedo could be speed sensor or instrument cluster fault .Door light could be faulty switch which may be part of lock on that car .Rear wiper could be fuse or wiring broken at top where it enters into boot / tailgate ,under sheath .
