Ford Focus steering click or knock

holding the steering wheel and go to turn right at slow speeds or stationary theres a knock only once but every time when the steering wheel is turn from middle to right.it feels like its abit tight too but feels fine when turning left and no knock. track rod ends seem fine and ball joints are too! could it be tie rod? oh and it feels like it wonders a little or it could be me trying to compansate!

Could check front anti roll bar link arms and also bushes .Common cause of noises on front .
