Ford Focus misfire on cylinder 4

Car: Ford Focus
Variant: 1.4
Model Year: 2000
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
hi i had posted before about this problem and was asked to do certain checks on ht leads and coil pack. i have done theses checks 2day and i got the following results.

secondary windings on coil pack towers
1&4 10.51k ohms
2&3 10.28k ohms

i also checked the ht leads for resistance i got the following results

ht leads at spark plug end
2&3 19.17k ohms
1&4 18.66k ohms

i also did a check on all leads removed leads and did a resistance check.

1. 5.86k ohms
2. 5.18k ohms
3. 3.76k ohms
4. 2644 ohms

i was just wondering if the problem is in the ht leads or coil pack. i have recently replaced the spark plugs. on cylinder 4 i am getting nothing with ht lead removed. yeat when i remove either 1,2 or 3 i get the engine jumping and misfiring worse. i think its a coil pack problem but as its a job i am doing for a customer i want to get it right first time. if any1 has any solutions i would greatly appreciate it thanks in advance.

if you are`nt getting a spark on no4 lead and the lead and plugs are ok then it is the coil that is at fault
