Whilst driving i can hear a vibration noise and thought wheel bearings but I've jacked the car up to check for movement on all the wheels and there is none, What can this be ? Can anyone shed some light ?

Could still be wheel bearing knackered even though no movement .Wheel bearings are a common fault on the Focus .Normally a droning noise which can vary as load transferred from side to side i.e on cornering etc.

Take it isn't just wheel balance ? You could also spin all tyres / wheels and check for any twists or bulges .
