Ford Focus rev counter/ vibration

Variant: 1.4 Zetec

When I am sat still or braking for the lights, my car has this wierd Vibration, and the rev counter goes up and down, this only happens after i drive my focus after a short while, I have took this to two separte garages and they don't have a clue, does anyone know what this is?

Hi, It is my probably a sensor of some kind could be idle speed or air mass as these would cause the symptoms you suggest.
