Ford Focus heaters only blow cold air

the heaters only blow cold air even after the car has been drivne for half hour or so. i have check the coolant level is ok and it is, all the pipes are hot so it seems hot water is travelling around the car but just not blowing out of the heaters

Heater control valve is common fault .
