i was driving changed into third gear engine revved wildly white smoke coming out exhaust then engine cut out and failed to restart

Worked on hundreds of Ford Focuses but never heard of that " EWASCOMOTIOM " or know what engine in it .

Managed to restart car after leaving overnight had to jump start as battery was flat all seams fine but afraid to drive in case same thing happens thanks for your time
