Ford Focus running lumpy now won’t start.

Car: Ford Focus
Variant: 1.6 cdti
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
2009 1.6 cdti titanium. From cold it started perfectly but would run very lumpy to start with and I would lose revs annd power and sounded to me as if there wasn’t enough fuel getting up. Stopped the car to get it towed to a safe place and it would still start every time perfectly, once towed it, I left it in neutral with the car on and the problem wasn’t there when the engine was warm-ish and we stopped the car, it would rev up fine but I didn’t try and drive it again. Left it for half a day and then all of a sudden it cranks but won’t start. There isn’t any lights on at all and the code reader isn’t picking up anything at all. Does anyone have any ideas?
