Ford Focus abs and handbrake flickering

hi there i have a 1.6 zetec 2004 ford focus (just bought it) went and had a look at it everything was fine but the otger day the abs and handbrake light came on and then went off and ut keeps flickering on and off sometimes every journey i do or sometimes it wont happen at all. ive seen a few things but im not 100% certain to try it or if it would fix it

Checked the brake fluid level ?

yeah check brake fluid and had brake fluid change done aswell

Check wiring / connections at ABS sensors

yeah have had it in the air and connections seem ok. i have read maybe the cluster corrosion or something like that

Tried a diagnostic scan and see if any codes stored .?

yeah an no codes stored at all
