Ford Focus oil light on and engin full of oil

Oil light comes on on getting engine noise, taken car to garage, they looked at it started it up and oil light went out, so driven car for about 200 miles and oil light has come back on, any ideas would be appreciated thank you.

These engines are notorious for oil contamination problems.
usually the first symptom is a blown turbo but the light coming on is a warning too.
Although it has to be stated that the oil contamination get's everywhere,
And the only real solution is to pull the engine and surgically clean all the internals,
Renewing any suspect parts.
All caused by lack off or missed oil filter changes.
Probably not your fault as previous owners will have done the damage.
Probably not the answer your looking for but that's the fault your engine has got.
