Car loses power while driving and when stuck in traffic

Check plugs and leads as a starting place .

I changed plugs and fuel filter helped a bit but still have the same problem but not as bad goes back 2 normal sometimes but when its left idle i starts off with the same problem again

Could be a plug lead breaking down .
