Ford Focus central locking wont work first thing

when the car has been standing central wont work will click cant open drivers door untill i have opend the boot hand brake light stays on,front windsceen heater wont work,warning chimes wont work then after a couple of miles everything works

Sounds like a contact issue ,strange you open the boot and the locking works ,I wonder if there's a connection problem with the wiring at the hinge or possibly water in the lock assembley .
