There seems to be play in the gear stick/gearbox. It's had a new clutch a few years ago and is serviced my a Ford main dealer. It has 99,000 on the clock,anybody give me some advice?

Could be the base shifter plate assembly or the spring on it .Not expensive part and easy to fit , just got to check it first .Quite common .
