Ford Focus grinding from front nearside w heel when turning sharply and slowly

Car: Ford Focus
Variant: 1.6
Model Year: 2009
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
My heading details what is wrong . . . The problem is intermittent - been checked at a Ford garage and nothing found. When it occurred, it was whilst very slowly turning right, or left, and a grinding noise accompanied by vibration in the steering wheel is noted. Quite alarming. The Ford garage personnel were reluctant to deal with it without experiencing it themselves. NBG. I've had it returned without them finding anything. The car is in its third year of warranty and I don't like it - the problem that is!

Do you get any vibration from the front wheels when turning?
