2011 Ford Focus C-Max car won't start

Went out this morning opened car with fob, started car then noticed drivers wing mirror had not gone back so pushed back mirror manually went back in car was driving along and alarm went off and computer says key not in vehicle anyway kept driving then stopped car went into shop for a paper came out and car will not start

If engine not turning over or slowly , may be battery . Try a jump start .
