Ford Focus C-Max dash not working and steering hard

Hi, just got in the car to find it started no problem, all the dash lit us, then all lights went off, petrol gage, MPH gage, rev counter all dipped to nothing and not responsive to when touched the gas pedal and also when tried to move, the steering wheel was very stiff. Any ideas what this is? Thanks

Check all fuses .Check PAS oil level and belt .(Assuming that year does not have EHPS)

you will have to get the instrument cluster repaired or replaced believe this is a common problem on the focus
