Ford Fiesta there's grinding noise, cumin from my rite rear wheel,

at 1st i thought it mite b the tyre rubbing on the surspention,so put wheel spacers on, that didnt solve the problem, then i changed the wheel bearings, that still has'nt solved the the problem, and the grinding, is still there, cud it b the brake cylinder, not working i.e not closing & the brake shoes grinding on the drum ??? any1 with any other idea's please help its driving me insane lol

Sure there is no movement / wear at hub , allowing drum to tilt over and rub against backplate ? No rust flakes / dirt inside drum ?If the wheel cyl. was seized or not working it won't be moving shoes .Unless it was seized out , then the brake would over heat and stick on which you would notice.
