Ford Fiesta heated windscreen

Got to live with it if you wish to keep heated front screen .A lot of people don't like it because they are aware of elements , whilst most don't mind for the benefits you get . Some are even unaware of this till shown . My son has got one on his car and doesn't mind , likewise myself any time I drive his car .Apparently Ford have the monopoly/ patents on this .Only answer is to replace with normal screen .

Thank you, i understand, but what is bugging me is why i never saw the element lines before. I knew they were there but could only see them if i looked at the screen from the outside at an angle, but not from the inside of the car from any angle. So what has changed? My wife can see them from the passenger seat & she also never saw them before either.We have driven the car for over ten thousand miles in all conditions without any problems till now.Its as if the lines have gone darker for some reason. My son has a similer car with a heated screen & we don't see the element lines in his windscreen when driving or just sitting in his car.
