Ford Fiesta my immobiliser light in the clock fitting wont wont go off when i switch on. the car still rund but i afraid if it cuts out and puts the steering lock on

hi my light for the immobiliser that is just under the time on my clock stats lit the car starts and runs okay , the inertia switch is down like it shouls be ,but the light wont go out is the switch buggered .

The steering lock will only come on if you remove key .

the steering lock got broken when someone tried to steal it ,not had it fixed to costly at 450 quid
