Ford Fiesta car not working at all

I was driving along when the electrics went off, the engine was still running and i managed to get home. The next morning the car wouldn't start at all.

Is the engine turning over ? If not get a jump start , or charge battery and see what happens ,need more info if that doesn't cure fault.
